Products & imagery

Product images are representative. Many of our pieces are handmade, so slight variations in colour, texture and finish are natural and are not considered defects. Where a listing states dimensions, small manufacturing tolerances may apply.

Pricing & taxes

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Displayed prices are inclusive of GST. No additional tax is added at checkout.
• Delivery is free on orders over ₹799. Below that, a flat delivery charge of ₹99 applies and is shown before you pay.
• Prices and offers may change without prior notice.

Offers & coupons

Only one offer applies per order — coupon codes and multi-item bundle discounts cannot be combined. Where an order qualifies for more than one, you choose which to use at checkout.

First-order coupons are limited to one per customer account and are validated at the time of payment. We may withdraw or modify any offer, and may cancel orders where a coupon has been obtained or used in a manner it was not intended for.

Orders & payment

• All orders are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
• An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.
• We may cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Where an order is cancelled after payment, the full amount is refunded.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact number.

Delivery

We currently ship within India only. Estimated delivery timelines are shown on each product page and at checkout — these are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather and other events outside our control. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns & refunds

Returns and exchanges may be raised within 3 days of delivery, and refunds reach the original payment method within about 7 business days of us receiving the item. Full details are in our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been used without your permission.

Intellectual property

All content, images, artwork and branding on this website belong to Design Spot World or its licensors, and may not be copied, reproduced or used in any form without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan.
