Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your piece ships.

Delivery time

Metros: 3–5 business days. Tier-2 cities: 4–6 business days. Remote pincodes: 6–9 business days.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders over ₹799.
• Flat ₹99 on orders below ₹799.
• COD adds a ₹49 handling fee. Prepaid orders save 5%.

Packaging

Every piece is wrapped in acid-free tissue, corner-protected, and shipped in a corrugated outer carton. We use recyclable materials wherever possible.
