Where we ship

We currently deliver across India only. We are not shipping internationally at this time — for enquiries, please use our contact form.

Shipping charges

• Free delivery on orders over ₹799.
• A flat ₹99 delivery charge applies below that.
• Selected products carry free delivery regardless of order value — this is shown on the product page and in your cart.
• All orders are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Delivery timelines

Each product carries its own delivery estimate, shown on the product page, in your cart and at checkout. Current estimates are 3–5 business days, 7–10 business days, 10–12 business days, depending on the piece.

Where an order contains several items with different estimates, the order ships together and follows the longest estimate in the cart.

These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not guarantees. Courier delays, weather, regional restrictions and remote pincodes can extend them.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel is handed to the courier we email you a tracking link, and the status updates automatically as it moves. You can follow it any time from My Orders or via Track Order.

Packaging

Every piece is wrapped in acid-free tissue, corner-protected, and shipped in a corrugated outer carton. We use recyclable materials wherever possible.

Delivery address & failed attempts

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout — couriers call before delivery. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because the address was incorrect or nobody was reachable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry an additional shipping charge.

Damaged or missing deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, or something is missing, tell us within 24 hours with photographs of the item and packaging. See our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy — returns can be raised within 3 days of delivery and we arrange and pay for the pickup.
